Koppernaes Protein AS buys H.F. Industrifiskehandel Aps shares in TripleNine Group A/S

Koppernaes Protein AS, based in Aalesund Norway, has acquired all the shares that H.F. Industrifiskehandel ApS until now has held in TripleNine Group A/S. This means that Koppernaes Protein AS now holds 98,03% of the shares in TripleNine Group A/S. The parties have mutually agreed not to publish the price of the shares.

“We are pleased that we have come to an agreement with FF Skagen A/S, who is the direct owner of H.F. Industrifiskehandel ApS, of buying all their shares in TripleNine Group A/S. In recent years, we have gradually increased our ownership in TripleNine Group A/S. The world needs sustainable food, and we have a clear, long-term strategy to make a positive contribution in this direction. We have been involved in the marine industry for generations and will continue to actively develop this business area further in the foreseeable future, says Group CEO of Koppernaes AS, Kenneth Lande Klokk.”
