New Vice-Chairman
At TripleNine's General Assembly in December 2011, Lars Vohnsen and Jean Vad Christensen were re-elected to the Board, while Leif Knak was chosen instead of Preben Schmidt, who had passed away.
In addition, Hans Espersen was selected instead of Ole Nymann Mortensen.
With the subsequent constitution of the Board, Anchor Mejnertz was re-appointed as chairman, while board member Soren Espersen became vice-chairman, taking the place of Lars Krause-Kjaer.
