Considerable interest in the ESSI buildings

Several interested parties have visited the ESSI buildings more than once since they were offered for sale a couple of months ago.

 

-That is under any circumstances positive, says Ejgil Knudsen, Managing Director of ESSI. - However, it is of course a major investment and no doubt a considerable decision process will be required before a company is ready to enter into such a significant deal.

 

- On the basis of the current development of the port and the interest shown so far, we are very confident, Ejgil Knudsen concludes.

 

He adds that EDC Erhverv Esbjerg has been charged with selling the ESSI buildings. The offer price has been set at DKK 16 million.
