All TripleNine's laboratory analyses are now certified

Since Eurofins Steins took over the operation of the laboratories at TripleNine at the turn of the year, all test results from the laboratories have been covered by Eurofins Steins's certifications.

TripleNine's Quality and Environmental Manager Henrik Sørensen has now had his first experiences of the new collaboration.

- We seem to have found an excellent solution, where we obtain all the benefits of having an external laboratory, while at the same time maintaining the close contact and fast access to the analyses, he states. - The quality and service at the laboratories have always been TripleNine's priority. This must continue in the future, even though they are run by an external player. However, this has also opened up new possibilities.

- Our collaboration gives us easy and inexpensive access to Eurofins's entire portfolio of specialised analyses and the trend is that our customers and the authorities demand more and more special analyses, continues Henrik Sørensen. - In addition, we are now able to use our internal quality analyses in relation to both customers and authorities, as Eurofins guarantees that they are impartial and vouches for the result. As Eurofins' laboratory work is certified, all test results from our laboratories will moreover be certified, which is crucial to both customers and authorities.

Positive experiences

TripleNine's Quality and Environmental Manager points out that Eurofins benefits from obvious economies of scale and is able to relocate staff according to the seasonal fluctuations.

- In addition to optimising the number of analyses, we save money by not using resources for maintenance, prevention of technology obsolescence and generally keeping up with developments within laboratory operation, he adds.
